We are excited to offer Nationwide Shipping.
Steps For Getting A Shipping Quote:
1. Determine and create a list of what items you'd like to order.
2. Reach out to our team at 940-440-0455 or through the texting app in the bottom corner of the page.
Please provide the following:
- Your first and last name.
- The address the items will be shipped to.
- A good phone number for us to contact you at.
- The list of items you desire to purchase and have shipped.
- Desired time frame of delivery. (ASAP, next month, etc.)
- Filled out shipping form. Click here for form.
3. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to get back to you with a quote. Any requests sent on Saturday or Sunday will be addressed on Monday.
With this, we want to make sure your shopping experience is simply and straight forward. All of our furniture will ship via motor freight and are subject to the freight company's rules and regulations.
If interested in getting items shipped, please note that our standard shipping only includes curb-side delivery or self-service. The delivery truck will unload your shipment, but it is your responsibility to unpack and move your furniture inside your home. The driver will not help you. Our standard shipping option does not include inside delivery, delivery to buildings, delivery before or after regular working hours, delivery on weekends, or delivery to any second-floor or higher residences.
It is your responsibility to be present or have someone present during the delivery of your order/shipment. If you are not home at the delivery time, you will be charged a redelivery fee.
If you live on an unpaved or small narrow road and your home is not accessible by delivery truck, you must provide a means of transportation from the delivery truck to your home or the freight company's terminal to your home. If you have any questions concerning this process, please contact us.
